We believe in:
- The one true God, self-existent and eternal, consisting of three persons; the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
- God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Creator of all things.
- Our Lord Jesus Christ; His essential deity and His real and perfect manhood; His incarnation and virgin birth; the authority of all His teaching and the infallibility of all His utterances; the all-sufficiency of His atoning sacrifice on the cross, the only means of our salvation, whereby in shedding His precious blood He made an offering once and for all for the sins of all people; His bodily resurrection and His ascension into Heaven; His present intercession and His future personal return.
- The Holy Spirit; the necessity of His work in the conviction and regeneration of people, leading them individually to trust in the atoning work of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to accept Him as their own personal Saviour; His work of sanctification in the life of the believer whom He in-dwells; and His direction of the worship, ministry and administration of the Church.
- The sinful state of all people in consequence of the fall; our lost condition and guilt before God through transgression; the justification which is offered through faith in our Lord Jesus Christ and the regeneration imparted by the Holy Spirit on all who believe.
- The resurrection of the body and the final judgement of all people; the eternal happiness of the saved and the eternal separation of those who have chosen not to accept Jesus Christ as their Saviour.
- The divine and full inspiration of the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments in their original manuscripts as not only containing but being in themselves the Word of God and therefore authoritative as the supreme and sufficient rule of faith and practice.
